It is owned by Paul Partridge, a Master Scuba Diver Trainer. The Lemlunay Dive Resort is offering a diving course and a fun dives for those who just want to experience the new world under the waves.

One major threat that endanger the Lumlunay Dive resort is the plan of the nearby barangay, Barangay Kamanga to construct a coal-fired power plant. if this will be pursued it will surely destroy the marine life
